Baked Broccoli Nuggets
INGREDIENTS
PROCEDURE Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut broccoli into small florets and steam or cook. Then finely chop them (should be about 2 cups post chop). Using a paper towel, gently absorb any excess water by patting em down – do not mash. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and combine. Form your nuggets and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flick on the broiler at the end for a few minutes to give the tops a nice golden color. NUTRITION Makes 12 nuggets |
