Brownies
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 2 Tbsp almond milk 3/4 cup oat flour (I substitute for protein powder) 1/2 cup cocoa powder (good quality!) 1/3–1/2 cup stevia/granulated sweetener of choice 1 egg 1/3 cup applesauce 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional) PROCEDURE Preheat oven to 400F. Mix together all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) until well combined. Transfer batter to an 8x8" sprayed baking dish. Top with optional chocolate chips. Bake 15–17 minutes, until cooked through completely. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and devouring! NUTRITION Servings: 16 33 calories | 5g carbs | 1g fat | 2g protein |
