Cauliflower crust

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 head cauliflower (2 cups riced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup parmasean 
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic 
PROCEDURE​
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Blend up cauliflower. Steam in microwave 7-8 mins, stirring once
  3. Place in center of cheesecloth or old dish towel. Create a ball and ring out the water. Remove as much moisture as possible!
  4. Transfer to a bowl and mix in other ingredients
  5. Spread out dough on a pizza pan lined with sprayed parchment paper
  6. Bake 9-12 minutes until firm and cooked through. Remove from oven and add desired toppings. Return to oven for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted
