1 medium sweet potato, boiled, peeled & cubed 1 tablespoons fat free milk of choice 1 cup Swiss chard or kale, chopped 1/2 clove garlic, minced ¼ yellow onion, chopped 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil 2 TBSPs lemon juice Optional: 1/4 cup lentils, boiled and mashed salt & pepper Ground flax seed for the balls to stick together Instructions
