Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons baking powder or yeast
2 tablespoons stevia (or agave/honey)
2 teaspoons garlic (powder or fresh)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons olive oil (I use apple sauce)
Pinch of salt
1 cup cheese (I use low fat Mozzarella)
1/4 cup oregano
1 cup coconut flour (or sub 3 cups of oat or self rising flour)
OPTIONAL: 2 tbsps Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together the yeast and water and let it sit for minutes then add stevia, garlic, yogurt, oil
  2. Add the flour a little and a time then the salt
  3. Knead and divide the dough into balls and flatten
  4. Put about a pinch of cheese and oregano in each and make balls
  5. Bake at 350F for 11-15 mins
