Chocolate Nut Bfast Bar

INGREDIENTS

Nut bar:
1 cup dried figs, roughly chopped
1 cup dates, pitted and roughly chopped
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup coconut
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp agave

Brownie:
2 scoops Chocolate PB Protein powder
1 unsweetened dark chocolate bar
1 cup liquid egg whites
1/3 cup powdered sweetener
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ cup reduced calorie butter
½ cup sugar free chocolate syrup
1 cup (228 g) nonfat cream cheese

Topping (optional):
Marshmallow fluff
Sugar free caramel syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
1.For nut bars place figs and dates in your food processor just until combined.
2.Add in nuts, coconut, salt, and cinnamon.  Pulse until everything is combined.
3.Add in agave and blend again.
4.Remove the dough and press into a pan lined with parchment paper.
5.Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
6.When they are ready cut into bars.
7.For brownie preheat oven to 350 F.
8.Set cream cheese out for 20 minutes to soften and mix all ingredients in a large bowl until batter is nice and smooth.
9.Pour batter into sprayed baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
10.Let cool for a while, then layer nut bar, brownie, marshmallow fluff, and caramel syrup.
