INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients 2/3 cups SHREDZ Vanilla Protein 1 organic egg, beaten ¼ cup skim milk 1/3-cup water 1 tbsp. vegetable oil (I use unsweetened applesauce) ¼ tsp. sugar of choice 1 pinch salt 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced ½ cup banana, sliced Instructions To begin, whisk together the eggs, water, milk, and oil in a large bowl and then mix in the flour, sugar and salt. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, and then carefully pour some batter into the skillet, making sure the batter hits every edge of the skillet. Cook for 2-5 minutes on each side until you receive a golden brown color. Remove from the pan, and then top with fresh strawberries, bananas Serve warm and ENJOY! |
