Glazed Donuts

INGREDIENTS

DONUTS:
1 cup oat flour (oats blended up)
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup stevia
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

GLAZE:
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup powdered sugar (or stevia powdered sugar)
1/2 tsp vanilla

PROCEDURE
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine wet and dry ingredients for the donuts separately, and then incorporate dry into wet.
Transfer to a sprayed donut pan.
Bake 8–12 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean and the tops spring back when touched.
For the glaze, combine all ingredients in a shallow bowl.
Once the donuts are cool to the touch, dip them in the glaze and allow to dry on a baking rack. Feel free to drizzle a little extra glaze on top for added effect
