Orange Chikn

Ingredients

1 Package Quorn Chikn
3/4 Cup Orange Juice
3 Tbsp Liquid Aminos
1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
3 Tbsp Orange Vinegar
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tsp Chili Flakes
1/4-1/2 Cup Water

Procedure
  1. In a medium fry pan, thoroughly cook and "brown" Chikn
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl
  3. Reduce heat to low. Drizzle sauce over Chikn
  4. Let Chikn absorb sauce and become slightly thicker
  5. Enjoy!
