Portobello Pizza

Ingredients

1 portobello top, step removed
2-3 Tbsp red sauce (I used my homemade)
0.5oz shredded mozzarella cheese (you could probably use less)
Roma tomato sliced
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Sprinkle of parmesan

Procedure
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place portobello top on baking sheet, lined with foil and sprayed, spray top, and bake for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Fill portobello top with sauce, and top with cheese and basil (and optional sprinkle of parmesan)
  4. Return to oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and delicious!
  5. Top with Roma tomato and optional basil leaves.
