PROCEDURE

Crust:

Chocolate Protein Powder
Almond butter
Cocoa
1 packet Stevia
About 1 tsp Water

Mix ingredients with your hands and fill the bottom of 3 silicone muffin tins, press down so it doesn't crumble when you take it out of the tin.

For the filling:
Cottage cheese
Greek yoghurt
Cream Cheese
Vanilla Protein Powder
1 packet Stevia
Vanilla Extract
Instant Gelatin powder
Blueberries

Mix all ingredients except the blueberries with a hand mixer. Fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter over the crust and put in the freezer for minimum 45 min or until it's frozen. Take out about 10 before you eat it to let it get a little softer. Enjoy!!!
