Nutrigrain Bars

Ingredients

2 cups oats (instant or rolled are fine)
1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1 egg
4 tsp stevia (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup homemade jam (recipe)

Procedure
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a processor or blender.
  2. Create a dough ball, and place in a plastic wrap. Transfer to refrigerator and chill for one hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350F.
  4. Once chilled, roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4–1/3" thick.
  5. Spread homemade jam over the dough.
  6. Fold the rectangle in half, meeting the corners of one side to the other.
  7. Cut off the "fold, and cut the square/rectangle of stacked dough into 12 bars (or however many you'd like).
  8. Transfer bars to a baking dish lined with foil and sprayed. Bake 10–15 minutes, until cooked through.
  9. Devour warm, or enjoy later cool!
