Poptarts
Ingredients
Strawberries, diced and heated over stovetop for 10 minutes, until broken down to a thick jam Jelly of choice (recipes) Wonton wrappers Strawberry glaze 2.5 tsp stevia/splenda (more or less to taste) 1.5 Tbsp pureed strawberries 1 tsp coconut oil 1/3 cup greek yogurt Procedure Preheat oven to 425F Assemble tarts using 2 sheets of wonton wrapper (I cut mine into rectangles to keep the true poptart shape!). Line each wonton with jam of choice. Fill with ½ Tbsp strawberry mixture. Crimp edges using a fork to seal the tart. Transfer to baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed, brushing with egg white as a wash. Bake 12-15 minutes, until browned on edges and begin to crisp. Top with glaze and optional sprinkles!
